Lokos AI LLC is a US company. Our current client services are intended for US business operations. We are not currently offering an EU/EEA establishment or a dedicated EU/EEA service operation. Please contact maria@lokos.ai before engaging us for an EU/EEA project or submitting personal information that would require European processing arrangements. Do not treat portal availability or a translated page as confirmation that those arrangements are in place.

Applicable law and rights

A US location does not by itself exclude GDPR. Its application depends on the actual establishment, offering of services or monitoring of people in the EU/EEA. This notice does not waive GDPR, national cookie rules, UK data-protection law or any other mandatory rights where they apply. We will assess the actual processing and arrange any required terms, transfer safeguards and representation before taking on such work. We do not claim EU adequacy, Data Privacy Framework certification or executed Standard Contractual Clauses merely by publishing this notice.

Browsing, cookies and US processing

Visitors may read our public website without accepting optional analytics. We automatically display the cookie notice for connections identified as being in the European Union by our network provider. Other and unrecognized locations receive no automatic popup. Cookie settings remains available in the public website footer from any location; no location result enables optional analytics by itself. We do not use language or time zone to infer location. Necessary storage supports requested functions. Public website Google Analytics loads only after an affirmative choice; you may reject it equally easily or withdraw through Cookie settings. The client portal does not load this analytics integration or session replay.

Processing may occur in the US and in locations used by relevant providers. Browsing or clicking a cookie choice is not a waiver of privacy rights, a project-processing agreement or consent to an otherwise unlawful international transfer. Requests and prospective European work

If European law applies to your information, contact maria@lokos.ai to exercise applicable access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability or consent-withdrawal rights, or to ask about the legal basis and transfer mechanism for a particular processing activity. You may lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority. We will assess requests and respond within applicable legal deadlines. Refusing optional analytics does not prevent login or ordinary website access.

Before accepting European work, the parties must establish the actual controller/processor roles, processing purposes and lawful bases, recipients, retention schedule, safeguards and other required disclosures and agreements. This scope notice does not substitute for that project-specific assessment.
