How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Send an email to our designated agent at info@lokos.ai with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material, including URLs or call or timestamp references if applicable
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Counter Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, email us with:

• Identification of the removed material
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken
• Consent to jurisdiction in New York County, NY
• Your contact details and signature

Upon receiving a valid counter notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action.

Repeat Infringers

Lokos AI may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights.
